Church News
Our Bible School (June 26-28, 2007) was, once again, a great success. Thanks to all of you who contributed
so generously to this important church ministry.
Our new doors are now installed and finished. What a great addition to our house of worship. Praise the Lord!
Remember the Don Lipovac concert at the church on Sunday Oct 28, 3-5:30 PM. Again tickets are just $10
and seating is limited. For ticket information call Margaret Elliott (913) 636-4100.
Reminder: Sunday School for all ages at 9:30 AM each Sunday.
What a blessing our new pew Bibles continue to be. The NIV large print edition makes it so much easier to follow
the presentation of God's Word as we worship together.

Good news! Joyce Bower is now home from the hospital!
More good news! Margaret Fleming is doing very well as she continues her recuperation at Garden Valley Manor, 8575 N. Granby

Our prayers are with Lois and Don Wittmeyer in the August death of their son Denis of Pittsburg, MO.
Also, please remember in prayer, the family of Viola Calder who passed away August 20th (Marie Gieseke's mother).
